As part of a "New Year's Resolution" I committed to 30 days of eating healthy, organic food and following an exercise plan. The dietary part eliminates all sugar, wheat and dairy from the diet and the exercise part takes 30 minutes every other day.
Sure hope you are feeling better by now. You can always get back on track after you feel better. Love youm Mom
