Today I ate:
Breakfast -
2 egg omelet with steamed broccoli and avocado. It was really good!
Herbal tea
Snack -
sunflower seeds and pistacios
Lunch -
Banana and yogurt with cinnamon
almonds
Snack -
pumpkin seeds
Dinner -
Chicken and homemade tomato sauce. This was really had...we should have it again
Brown rice
Green beans
I decided today that I would exercise on EVEN number program days. Like today is day 3 so I will exercise tomorrow (day 4).
Menus are very interesting!!!! I have a trader Joe's near by, so will look for some of these things. Glad you are not feeling too hungry. If only these healthy ideas did not onclude that exercise word!!! Thanks for sharing, Mom
